AgentMeter
CLI license
The AgentMeter CLI is free to use for your work, but it is not open source. This is what you can and can't do with it.
1. What we allow
We grant you a free, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to:
- install the AgentMeter CLI on the computers used by you or your organization;
- use it to generate, sign, timestamp, verify and publish reports about your own work or your organization's, including the work you deliver to your clients;
- read its source code to audit its security and check what data it sends;
- write your own scripts that call the CLI.
The reports you generate are yours and you can share them without restriction. Anyone can verify them.
2. What is not allowed
Unless you have written permission from AgentMeter, you may not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the CLI, in whole or in part;
- publish modified versions or derivative works of the CLI;
- use the CLI or its code to create a product or service that competes with AgentMeter;
- remove or change copyright notices or this license;
- use the CLI for illegal purposes or to breach the AgentMeter Terms of service.
3. Third-party components
The CLI includes the Geist and Geist Mono fonts, distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their license is in the licenses folder.
4. Online service
Features that use the AgentMeter server (timestamps, portal, profile, teams and plans) are also governed by the Terms of service and the Privacy policy published at agentmeter.si.
5. No warranty
The CLI is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, AgentMeter is not liable for damages arising from its use.
6. Termination
The license ends automatically if you breach its conditions. In that case you must stop using the CLI and delete it from your machines. The reports you already generated remain yours.
7. Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
